What is the minimum bag order?
Minimum order is 6 bags for the initial order. No minimums on re-orders.
Can every bag have a different name and number?
Absolutely. Each bag can be customized with an individual player name and number while keeping the same team design.
Do I need to use the customizer?
Nope. You can create a mockup in our hockey bag customizer, or send us your logo and notes and let our pro design team create the design for you at no extra charge.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes. Our designers prepare the final production artwork and send it to you for approval. Nothing goes into production until the design and roster are approved.
How long do custom hockey bags take?
Allow 6 weeks for production and delivery.

What should I upload with my order?
Upload your customizer mockup if you have one.
If not, upload your team logo and any reference artwork or inspiration you want our designers to use.
What is the decoration method?
The bags are fully sublimated — the gold standard for NHL bags today.
Your colors, logos, names and numbers are heat-bonded and dyed directly into the high-denier canvas.
There are no vinyl graphics or screen-printed logos sitting on top of the material to peel or fade.
What material are the bags made from?
Our bags use a heavy-duty, dual-layer construction with high-denier canvas on both the exterior shell and interior lining, plus padded canvas shoulder straps. The new bag is nearly twice as thick as our previous version.
Are there internal storage pockets?
6 internal storage pockets—5 mesh along the interior panels of the bag, plus one zip-closure valuables pouch—make it easy to keep your gear organized.
Is there a window pocket on top?
Yes. Each bag includes a reinforced clear player-ID window on top for a name card or sharpie for autographs.
